Randy Elf and Hilary Kurtz

Margaret Chrystal Elf of West Ellicott announces the engagement of Hilary Anne Kurtz of Los Angeles and Dr. Randolph Scott Elf of West Ellicott.

Miss Kurtz, a daughter of the late Deborah Ann Austin Kurtz and Joseph Cornelius Kurtz IV, is an alumna of Marymount High School, Trinity College, and American University. Her fiance, a son of Mrs. Elf and the late Dr. Frederick M. Elf, is an alumnus of Southwestern Central School, Duke University, and Syracuse University. Both are self-employed.

The wedding will be at 3 p.m. Dec. 28, 2019, in First Lutheran Church in Jamestown. Although the reception is by invitation, all are welcome at the wedding.
