Together with their families, Laura Woods and Jeffrey Mulkin are happy to announce their engagement.

Laura is the daughter of Colleen Vanderzyden and Steven Woods of Fredonia. She is a 2013 graduate of Fredonia High School, 2016 graduate of Susquehanna University with a bachelor’s in Creative Writing, and a 2020 graduate of the University at Buffalo with a master’s in Higher Education Administration. Laura currently works for the University at Buffalo School of Nursing in admissions and advising.

Jeffrey is the son of Beth and Kevin Mulkin of Fredonia. He is a 2013 graduate of Fredonia High School and a 2017 and 2019 graduate of the University at Buffalo where he received his bachelor’s in Biochemistry and his master’s in Biology. Jeffrey currently works in biotechnology at ThermoFisher Scientific.

Laura and Jeffrey currently live in Buffalo, with their cat Lucy. A May 2022 wedding is planned.
