Together with their families, Kelsey George and Nicholas Spratt have announced their engagement. Kelsey is the daughter of Karen George and the late Jeffery George of Fredonia. She is a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 2013, and Alfred State with a degree in interior design in 2015. Nicholas is the son of the Glynn Spratt and the late Paula Spratt. He graduated from Shaker High School in Latham and attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, before serving in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012. The couple resides in NorthPort Florida and are planning a beach wedding at a later date.
