Do you make great chili? Do you love to eat chili? If so, then you are invited to attend a local Chili Cook-Off, hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua.

UUCNC’s Great Chili Cook-off will be at 222 Temple St. on Saturday at 5 p.m. This festive fundraiser is open to the public and will feature taste testing of and voting on various pots of chili from three categories: vegetarian, chili con carne (meat), and non-traditional chili. Included in the fun will be games for all ages, a costume photo booth, and live music.

The $10 entry fee includes admission to the event. There will be a chili-themed prize for the winning entry in each of the three categories. Winners will be determined by experienced culinary judges, with one additional prize for People’s Choice. Additional details are on the registration form.

Adult admission is $20 and children’s admission (under the age of 12) is $5.

Each ticket includes chili samples and a ballot for voting. Admission tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.

Extra food items will be available for purchase, along with tickets for a chili-themed basket raffle.

Funds raised will support the mission of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua. To learn more about the congregation, visit our website at www.uucnc.org or our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/uucnc.
