The Cassadaga Summer Concert Series kicks off Thursday, June 12, with the Cassadaga Area Concert Band performing at the Strawberry Social. After that, there will be concerts Sunday nights on June 29, July 13, July 27, Aug. 10, Aug. 24 and Aug. 31.

CASSADAGA – The Citizens for a Better Cassadaga proudly announce the lineup for the Cassadaga Lakes 2025 Summer Concert Series. All events will take place at Cassadaga Beach, Park Avenue, Cassadaga.

The first event is on Thursday, June 12 – the Strawberry Social with the Cassadaga Area Concert Band performing from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Strawberry shortcake will be served while the Concert Band plays classical, jazz, patriotic and show tunes and pop music. Donations for the shortcake will be happily accepted.

The rest of the series takes place on Sundays from 4-7 p.m. There will be opening acts on the beach gazebo from 4-5 p.m. These musicians are yet to be determined. If you are interested in performing during this time, please call (716) 665-8855.

The headliners, as follows, play from 5-7 p.m. on the Cassadaga Floating Stage.

On June 29 Pedro & the Smooth Cats will be playing R&B, Jazz and whatever else floats their boat.

On July 13 Honkey Tonk Heroes will be rocking the Floating Stage with outlaw country western music.

On July 27 Ion Sky will have you up and dancing and they play rock, pop and alternative music.

Aug. 10 Rustic Ramblers, back by popular demand, will be playing traditional country music.

Aug. 24 Midnight Recovery will perform. They will have you singing along to classic rock and country tunes.

Aug. 31 Smilo & the Ghost will be performing folk/rock & original music. These topnotch musicians have opened for artists such as Dan & Shay and 10,000 Maniacs.

Programming was made possible due to a New York State Senate initiative designed to provide equitable arts support to all regions across New York State. This Creative Impact Fund was administered by Arts Services, Inc.

Come by boat or sit on the bank of beautiful Cassadaga Lake! Cassadaga Youth Sports will be selling hot dogs, chips and drinks or you can bring your own cooler. There will be vendors selling other items as well. Local artists and authors are welcome to set up a display and sell their creations! Call the number below if interested.

Cassadaga Beach is a beautiful lakeside park boasting a playground, tetherball, volleyball court, basketball court, picnic tables and grills. It has a historic gazebo and lots of shade trees. Lifeguards will be on duty during the concerts so swimming will be permitted. Beach parking is limited so if you are willing and able, please park at the nearby church, library or fire hall.

In case of inclement weather, concerts will be moved to the Cassadaga Fire Hall at 22 Mill St. or the Cassadaga American Legion Post 1280, located at 228 Maple Ave. For more information, call (716)665-8855.
