Flea market returns to Sheridan Friday, Saturday
SHERIDAN — Looking for something to do to beat the cabin fever blues? The Lake Shore Flea Market returns this weekend at the Sheridan VFW Memorial Post, 2556 Route 20. The hours are 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. The February market will feature new and vintage items with special emphasis on decor and gifts for Valentine’s Day.
The VFW says “thank you” to all those fish fry supporters. Though the VFW did not win, loyal supporters voted it the third best fish fry in the OBSERVER/Post-Journal “Best of the Best” contest
Place a dinner order and come into the flea market to fill out a ticket to win two free fish dinners. No purchase is necessary for the dinners. If you can’t make it Friday night, you may enter the
drawing on Saturday too.
The VFW ladies auxiliary will be selling sweet treats during the Friday night fish fry. Enjoy homemade baked goodies for after dinner desserts or take some home for later. On Saturday, breakfast and lunch will be available for your dining pleasure.
