Opera House to present TV sitcom comedians

Marc Price, pictured above, best known as Skippy from the beloved ‘80s sitcom Family Ties, and Steve Hytner, who played Kenny Bania in Seinfeld, come together in this evening of stand-up comedy and nostalgia this Friday.

The 1891 Fredonia Opera House Performing Arts Center will present Where are They WOW!, a special evening of laughs and memories with 80s TV sitcom stars Marc Price and Steve Hytner, on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Marc Price, best known as Skippy from the beloved ’80s sitcom Family Ties, and Steve Hytner, who played Kenny Bania in Seinfeld, come together in this evening of stand-up comedy and nostalgia!

Price is a multi-talented performer who has conquered the worlds of stand-up comedy, acting, hosting, and even writing and producing.  Not only has he shared the stage with comedy legends like Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld, but he has also starred in movies alongside rock icons Ozzy Osbourne and Gene Simmons. From Trick Or Treat to the 2024 release Witchy Ways, Price has left his mark on the big screen.

But his talents don’t stop there, he has hosted late night talk shows and TV game shows, showcasing his wit and charm. Behind the scenes, he has written and produced for major networks like E!, TBS, Disney Channel, and more. Critics rave about his talent. The Los Angeles Times hails him as “refreshingly bright,” while the Boston Globe says he is “wickedly funny.”

Combined with headlining comedy clubs nationally, and his many corporate shows, Steve Hytner is one of America’s best stand up comedians and most recognized character actors. He received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Kenny Bania on the long running hit Seinfeld.  His other works include guest roles on Modern Family, Hung, Mike and Molly, Two and a Half Men, Curb Your Enthusiasm, CSI, Boston Legal, Friends, King of Queens, and many, many more.

He started his feature film career in the film Ski Patrol and has co-starred in such films as In the Line of Fire with Clint Eastwood, Forces of Nature with Ben Affleck and Sandra Bullock, The Marrying Man with Alec Baldwin, Eurotrip, Love Stinks, Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, The Haunted Mansion, and The Prophecy trilogy, to name just a few.
