Hailing from Buffalo, Grosh is a genre-blending powerhouse that effortlessly melds hard rock, blues, and funk into a unique sonic experience. Awarded “Best Local Original Music Act” by Buffalo Spree, the quartet recently recorded their latest album at the iconic Sonic Ranch in Texas, solidifying their place among the region’s musical elite. With a live presence as electrifying as their studio recordings, Grosh delivers a visceral, unforgettable performance, leaving audiences captivated by their raw energy and undeniable talent.

The band members include Megan Brown (vocals), Josh English (drums), Dylan Hund (bass) and Grace Lougen (guitar).

“These are story songs. Songs about the people we grew up with; grew together with and grew apart from – this music is medicine.” This is the story of Uncle Ben’s Remedy, a local band with a huge following.

The sound of Uncle Ben’s Remedy is rooted in the small towns of western New York, where community still matters and music is a part of every event. The boys learned to play and sing in this small-town atmosphere, giving their music the honest, back porch feel of the country music they love.

Uncle Ben’s Remedy consists of Ben Westlund, Harmony Griffin, Shawn Huestis, Brendan O’Connor and Josh Mullin, playing all sorts of traditional and rock n’ roll instruments and stomping the floors; all while singing their hearts out in service to the song.

Guests are reminded to bring a chair. Food trucks and other vendors will be on site along with the city’s beverage tent. The Dunkirk Boardwalk Marketplace and surrounding harbor front businesses will also be open with food, drink and merchandise options. Dunkirk event brochures are available from the boardwalk atrium, Dunkirk City Hall or on-line. Any questions or concerns during the event should be directed to the beverage tent staff members. A special thanks to Rick Blaszyk of Atlas Comfort Cabins and Enviro-Kleen Services for donating the portable toilet rental behind the stage.
