SILVER CREEK — Anderson-Lee Library, located at 43 Main St., has announced programming for the month of November.

Programs are free and open to the public. Registration is required unless stated otherwise, to ensure enough seating and materials for all patrons attending the program.

The library will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11 for Veterans Day and Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving.

— Pre-school Storytime for children ages 2-5 on Thursday mornings Nov. 6, 13, and 20 with Miss Jill at 10:30 am. Children will participate in reading, singing, rhymes and fun crafts. Pre-registration is requested.

— School Age Storytime for children 6-12 years of age on Thursday mornings Nov. 6, 13, and 20 at 10:30 am with Miss Amy. Stories, crafts, games, and other activities are offered. Pre-registration is requested.

— Lego Club for ages 5-12 Saturday, Nov. 8 at 10:30am. Build the challenge of the day, pick a challenge card or free build. Your choice! Limit of 10 children and pre-registration is required.

— Diamond Paint a Coaster for ages 10 and older, Saturday, Nov. 8 at noon. Create a diamond painted coaster! All supplies provided. Please register in advance.

— The Secret Society of the Twisted Stitchers: Fridays from 2 to 4 p.m, except for Nov. 28. This club is for all who love handiwork. Ages 10 and older and all skill levels are welcome! Please bring your own supplies. Just getting started? For knitting, bring size 10/10.5 bamboo needles and a light-colored worsted weight yarn (#4). For crochet, bring a size H hook and light-colored worsted weight yarn (#4). Come and learn or come and work on a project with others who love to knit, crochet, embroider, quilt etc.! No registration required. You do not need to commit to each week to attend. Please stop in and stitch!

Anderson-Lee Library is open to the public Monday and Tuesday from noon to 8 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The library is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
