Blessed Mary Angela Rosary Society

The Blessed Mary Angela Rosary Society recently resumed monthly meetings, following a summer hiatus, with the 2018 summer indoor picnic which was held at the Blessed Mary Angela lakeside site lyceum on Sept. 10.

Special guests included the Reverend Walter Werbicki and Sisters Rachel and Andrew.

Rosary Society vice president Rita Cieslewicz led members in a recitation of the Holy Rosary and prayers were offered for sick and deceased members.

Society Treasurer Sandra Tapasto reviewed the financial report for the Society.

Vice President Cieslewicz discussed the upcoming celebration of the living Rosary to be held at the Hyacinth’s site on Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. Members were asked to sign up to be participants in the recitation of the Rosary during this service. All who will be participating as living beads in the Rosary are asked to arrive at the lyceum no later than 6:30 p.m. that evening. All members of the community are most graciously invited to attend this event.

Society members celebrated the September birthday of Marilyn Nalepa and shared a potluck picnic supper.

Raffle prizes were supplied by Society officers for this evening.

The committee to provide refreshments and raffle prizes for the next meeting, which will be held on Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Lakeside Site lyceum, is pending, and assigned members will be notified prior to that meeting.
