City of Dunkirk Mayor Wilfred Rosas presents Major Christina Ramirez of the Salvation Army a $7000 grant award to support the Salvation Army Emergency Food Pantry program. These federal grant funds are provided through the City of Dunkirk’s Community Development Block Grant program with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
