Central Christian Academy holds kindergarten graduation

On Friday June 12, Central Christian Academy honored their Kindergarten class of 2020.

Due to the pandemic restrictions, students were brought in individually with parents and grandparents. Temperatures were taken at the door and those entering the building were asked to wear a mask. Parents and grandparents were able to see their child receive their diploma from Mrs. Kachelmeyer, kindergarten teacher, while dressed up in a cap and gown.

Several photo opportunities were available, including a memory board where students added their favorite color and what they want to be when they grow up. The kindergarten class of 2020 included Rylee Fedrick, Sylus Killion-Fuller, Hunter Narraway, Cora Neail and Mason Switzer.

Central Christian Academy is moving forward and will be offering its annual “Summer Fun” program starting July 5.

“Central Christian Academy has established a committee which is working diligently to develop strategies to prioritize the health and safety of our school,” said Cindi Massaro, principal.

Hunter Narraway is pictured in the paper cutout.

For more information about “Summer Fun” or about enrolling for the fall, call the school office at 366-6634 or email info@DunkirkCCA.org. Classrooms that are already full have waiting lists available.
