Fredonia church announces new pastor

Pastor Josh Stahley, the new pastor of Christ Community Church, is pictured with his family.

Christ Community Church, 219 Berry Rd., Fredonia has welcomed Pastor Josh Stahley as its Lead Pastor.

A Bemus Point native, Pastor Stahley comes to CCC from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he served for six years as Teaching Pastor of Soma Church. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, and a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

He and his wife, Traci, reside in Fredonia. They are the parents of three children Owen (8), Marilaine (5), and Josiah (4).

Says Pastor Stahley, “We are deeply grateful to be back home in Chautauqua County. We love this area, and the people of Fredonia have made our family feel so welcome. We consider it a privilege to serve this community with the message and mercy of Jesus.”

CCC is currently meeting outdoors on the church campus Sundays at 10 a.m. Plans are to resume indoor services at 9 and 11 a.m. beginning Oct. 18. The church also live streams services on its website.
