SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Seniors met on June 29th. with 31 members and guests present.

President Ed Newman opened the meeting with The Pledge to the Flag and all raised their voices to sing God Bless America. Pauline Flitt offered a prayer and blessing of the food.

Ed then welcomed guest Sue Winspear. Also, Marilyn Matgers stopped in to join us. Our lunch consisted of Pizza from Ellie’s, blueberry loaf, donuts and cookies.

The 50-50 winners were: Ernie Hilliker, Don Munch and Ron Conover. The winners of the gifts were Janice Snyder and Kim Munch. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners were: Betty Moores, Ruth Sheeler, Joan Suski (twice), Ron, Lorrie Newman, Ruth, Dixie Carlson and Jim Spano.

Pauline called bingo, and the lucky winners were: Lorrie, Janice (3 times), Ginny Chesbro, Gene Chesbro, Eleanor Lemiszko, Enabell Mirando, Joan, Harry Suski, Jean MaDaneld and Jim.

Several members stayed after the meeting to play dominoes or pinochle. Fun was had by all.
