The June birthday lunch was recently held at the Dunkirk Senior Center. The Dunkirk Senior Center will be having a Hawaiian Luau on Tuesday, Aug. 16. Doors will open at 4 p.m. with dinner to follow at 4:30. Cost of the event will be $10. Sign up in the Senior Center Office. Wear your Hawaiian outfit and have some hula fun!

The Batavia Casino, Oliver Chocolates and Kutters Cheese trip on Monday Aug. 15 is sold out. You can be placed on a waiting list by calling the Center Office. There is still room available for the Atlantic City Trip. Call the Senior Center Office for more information.

The next Big Bingo will be held Wednesday, Aug. 10. Doors open at 4 p.m. with a light dinner served at 4:30. Bingo Starts at 5. The August birthday lunch will be held Wednesday, Aug. 31. Anyone with an August birthday is asked to call the office to register for the lunch. The birthday person may bring guests at $10 per person.

Shuffleboard has started at the Center. It is every Tuesday from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. If interested in playing stop at the center. The card game Hands and Feet has also started at the center. It is Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. Stop at the Center if interested in playing. Craft Class is held every month. If you are interested, stop by the Center to register for the next class.

The winner of the June Pill Bottle Guess was Becky Addington. She guessed 183 with the actual number being 189.

Dominoes are played on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Mah Jongg is Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. Pinochle is Monday and Friday at 1 p.m. Exercise is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. Electronic classes are scheduled every two weeks. Call the

Center office to register for Cell Phone class, Tablet class, I-Pad Class or computer class. Tai Chi will not be held for the months of July and August.
