SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Jan. 6 with 17 members in attendance. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and all singing God Bless America. He then welcomed new members Wayne and Elaine Hotelling. Brown bag lunches were the meal of the day. Door prizes were won by Joe Dolce, Annette Hoeber and Eleanor Lemiszko. Grape Belt Seniors meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for exercise class from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Masonic Lodge. Participants have to be a member to attend and the cost for each class is $1. There will be no class until Jan. 5. The next potluck luncheon will be on Wednesday, Jan. 14 starting at 11:30 with lunch at noon. Must be a member and bring a dish to pass.
