Kelsey L. Martinez

U.S. Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Kelsey L. Martinez graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Martinez is the daughter of Wilfredo Martinez of Fredonia, New York, and sister of Wilfredo Martinez of Silver Creek, New York, Hailee Martinez of Lemoore, California, and Harrison Martinez of Rochester, New York.

Martinez is the niece of Nancy Martinez of Orlando, Florida, cousin of Christien Dejesus of Tampa, Florida, and mother of Pauline Martinez of Fredonia, New York.

The airman is a 2013 graduate of Fredonia High School, Fredonia.
