Gowanda High School students recently won top honors in the annual Healthy Choices Art & Poetry 2019 contest facilitated by WNY United Against Drug & Alcohol Abuse, Inc.

Logan Forthman, Zanthia Luciano and Nevaeh Konwicki won first, second and third place, respectively, in a sweep of the Grades 9-12 Poetry category.

These talented teens were honored during a ceremony held Dec. 4, 2019, in the Expo Building at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. Each received a cash prize for their winning entries.
