Gowanda announces November Students of the Month
Five students from Gowanda High School were recognized as Students of the Month of November 2019 for emulating The 4 C’s: creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication, which are integral to the district’s mission.
Cameron Williamson, a junior, was singled out for his collaboration skills and for his responsibly and respectful nature.
Makenzie Carroll, a senior, was lauded for strong communication and her willingness to demonstrate skills and help others in class.
Ruben Rivera IV, a freshman, was recognized for strong communication and his willingness to discuss course work and progress.
Abagale Howitt, a junior, was appreciated for critical thinking, an eagerness to tackle daily tasks and her ability to see things from multiple perspectives.
Austin Sanchez, a junior, was hailed for creativity and his readiness to share imaginative thoughts with vivid details when participating in class.
