Alicia Palmatier of Dunkirk and Drew Gibson of Mayville, together with their families, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Al and Donna Palmatier of Dunkirk.

The prospective groom is the son of Mr. Jamie Gibson and Mr. and Mrs. Gail and Gary Saunders of Mayville.

The bride-to-be is a Dunkirk High School graduate, class of 2009. She subsequently graduated from Daemen College with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. She is currently employed as a Home Health Physical Therapist.

The prospective groom is a Chautauqua Lake High School graduate, class of 2008. He graduated from Merchyhurst North East in 2013 with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree. He is employed as a Physical Therapist Assistant with WNYDDSO.

A Sept. 5, 2020 wedding is planned.
