Three Dunkirk High School JROTC cadets received scholarships from the Charles Tinley Disabled American Veterans Post 142 in Dunkirk. Owen John-Smith, received the DAV Espirite de corps scholarship for showing great citizenship, courtesy and enthusiasm for his local community and for the U.S. Military. Michael Porpiglia and Alicia Rodriguez also received the DAV Post 142 scholarship.
