The label works directly with a band to develop the skills essential to succeed in the music industry.

The students manage the label with guidance from platinum selling record producer and manager, Armand Petri.

This unique experience gives students an opportunity to volunteer for jobs within the label. Responsibilities include everything from a band manager to website development and a merchandiser to radio promotions.
