SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Seniors met on June 8th with 29 members present.

President Newman welcomed back Sally Shevlin and Jane Penhollow. He then opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and God Bless America. Pauline Flitt offered a prayer and blessing of the food. We enjoyed a salad bar along with a nice selection of hot and cold dishes and desserts.

The 50-50 winners were Betty Moores, Ed Newman, and Earl Sheeler. Gifts were won by Pauline, Janice Snyder and Carol DePasquale. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners were Enabel Mirando(twice), Lorrie Newman, Kim Munch, Carol, Jim Spano, Joan Suski and Don Munch. Ed called bingo and winners were Dixie Carlson, Lorrie Newman, Kim(twice), Bob Sutehall, Janice Snyder, Phyllis Burghardt, Carol and Earl.

Next week’s luncheon will feature hot dogs and all the trimmings. The meeting closed with singing “Fairy Tales Can Come True.”
