WESTFIELD — The Westfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will hold its quilt giveaway this year featuring a quilt was designed and constructed by Gloria Colgrove, a local quilt maker.

It features a wide variety of colors on a neutral background. The quilt measures 72-by-90-inches, suitable for use as a large full or small queen.

The quilt is on display in the Westfield Memorial Hospital lobby. It will also be displayed at the Westfield Farmers Market, First Fridays and the Westfield Arts and Crafts Show. Tickets are $2 each or three for $5. The drawing for the quilt will be held Labor Day weekend.

All proceeds will benefit ongoing projects at Westfield Memorial Hospital.
