Silver Creek Central School edged Youngsville Area High School, 39-38, in a recent Media One High School Bowl match at SUNY Jamestown Community College.

In another match, Sherman Central School topped Panama Central School, 46-39.

Karissa Buchanan and Cameron Karcz of Silver Creek, Kale Jespersen and Justin McGrenaghen of Youngsville, David Maleski of Sherman, and Lauren Gibbs of Panama earned Player of the Match honors.

Silver Creek (2-1) was represented by Karcz, Buchanan, Michael Dispenza, Jake Millar, and Bella Daniels.

The Youngsville (0-2) team included Jespersen, McGrenaghan, Charleigh Archuleta, Taylor Tuttle, and Colton Garris.

Maleski, Taryn Palmatier, Olivia Maleski, Ivy Yokom, Memphis Kopta, KaMari Lilley, and Sophie Lindsey competed for Sherman (1-1).

Panama (2-1) team members were Gibbs, Abbey Becker, Connor Tremblay, and Liz Anderson.
