Prince family marks reunion

The 115th annual Prince family reunion was held in August at the Barone family farm in South Wales. Approximately 30 family members attended. New family connections were made, old friendships renewed. Cousin Ken Dahlgren successfully finished installing the new sign at the Milks Cemetery, were Jonathan Prince, both his wives, and many family members are buried. The next goal is to raise enough money to have an underground radar survey completed to locate buried headstones. Other family names include, but are not limited to, Milk(s), Harder, Doty, Ely, Fuller, Mosher, Hyslip/Hyslop, Smith, Kavanaugh, Harmon, Remington, and many more. If you had family in the Persia/Dayton/Gowanda area at the beginning of the 1900s, we are probably related. The final date for next year’s reunion has not been set. If you would like to be notified when the reunion will be held, please contact Annette at PrinceReunion2013@gmail.com. We will be happy to add you to our mailing list.
