LAKEWOOD — Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care is hosting its Designer Bag Bingo fundraiser on Tuesday at the Lakewood Legion.

The event, one of Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care’s most popular fundraisers throughout the year, features bags, purses, and wallets from well-known designers such as Kate Spade, Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Michael Kors, Fossil and Patricia Nash.

“This is one of our most popular fundraisers throughout the year, and we are excited to bring it back to the Lakewood Legion,” said BJ Buonaiuto, Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care community events coordinator. “Not only is it a fun night out, but every ticket sold helps us support our vital mission of providing compassionate end-of-life care to our community.”

Attendees can purchase a single ticket for $30 or reserve a table of 8 for $240. Additional cards and wallet raffle tickets will also be available for purchase for $1 each. Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the event.

Proceeds from the event will support CHPC’s services at The Star Hospice House and throughout Chautauqua County. As the only residential hospice facility in Chautauqua County, The Star Hospice House was designed to create a comfortable and caring environment for up to five patients at a time, with an attached residence available for their family and caregivers.
