CHAUTAUQUA — On July 18, 2023, the CWGA (Chautauqua Women’s Golf Association) held its annual Charity Day fundraiser for a local non-profit.

This year the Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter was their chosen recipient. The format this year included Par 3-hole games, Silent Auction, Chinese Auction, “Circle of Love” hole and “Hands of Time” sponsors.

With the generosity of so many through prizes, gifts and financial donations a total of $5,019 was raised. All those that participated on Charity Day could not stop talking about the FUN(draising) had for such a deserving non-profit.

The check was presented to Claire Corwin, Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter Community Engagement Program Manager, at the CWGA Business Meeting on Aug. 22.
