CBC awards scholarship

CASSADAGA – Tristan Pierce has been awarded a scholarship from the Citizens for a Better Cassadaga. He is a 2024 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School and was honored during a recent concert at the Cassadaga Floating Stage.
Each year, the CBC presents a $500 cash award to a graduating Senior of CVCS. The award recognizes a senior who has demonstrated a willingness to volunteer their time and energy towards making a significant impact in his/her community. The award recipient is selected by CVCS staff.
Tristan’s volunteer efforts include the Key Club, youth soccer coach, Samaritan House, and a number of others. Tristan plans to continue his education at SUNY Fredonia, pursuing a degree in education.
