Church upgrades first aid

The First United Methodist Church of Westfield announced that they received a grant from the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation to update its first aid at the facility. “We will be purchasing an AED, updating our first Aid kits, adding equipment, and providing First Aid and CPR Training opportunities to all those — including our Apple Seed Christian Preschool, Alzheimer’s Social Respite Group, Westfield Community Food Pantry, church members and all the groups — that utilize our facilities,” the church said in a news item.
