CLCS notes Students of the Month for March

Chautauqua Lake Central School is proud to recognize the March Students of the Month, an outstanding group of young individuals who consistently demonstrate leadership, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.

These students set the bar high in and out of the classroom and serve as shining examples for their peers.

— Aubrey Johnson stands out for her active participation, sharp insights, and unwavering enthusiasm for learning. Always attentive, Aubrey contributes thoughtfully to class discussions, offering authentic analysis with clarity and confidence. Her kind nature and team spirit uplift those around her, creating a positive classroom environment. Aubrey brings energy and skill to the volleyball and basketball courts as well as the softball field, where her dedication and talent continue to impress.

— Natalie Cofer brings a strong work ethic, a generous spirit, and a reliable sense of responsibility to every task she takes on. Always prepared and willing to help, Natalie supports her peers and contributes to a productive and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Her favorite subject is ELA, where she enjoys both reading and writing, particularly the books explored in Mrs. Rowe’s class. Outside of school, Natalie enjoys riding her four-wheeler, playing games with her family, skiing in the winter, and playing soccer in the fall.

— Freshman Noli Paddock is known for her kindness, intelligence, and commitment to excellence. A standout in English class, Noli shines in creative writing and consistently engages in classroom discussions. She brings a calm, focused presence to her classes and encourages others by example. Noli’s interests extend beyond academics–she is a dedicated athlete, participating in both wrestling and volleyball, where she shows the same spirit of perseverance and teamwork that defines her in the classroom.

— Sophomore Liam Schultz has shown remarkable growth over the past year, emerging as a dependable, courteous, and creative student. Known for his positive attitude and sense of humor, Liam consistently completes his assignments with care and accuracy. His favorite subject is English, which he enjoys both for the content and for Mr. Binkley’s engaging teaching style. Outside of class, Liam enjoys spending time with friends, showing his appreciation for both learning and meaningful connections.

— Meghan Pauley, 11th grade, leads by example with her confidence, focus, and drive. A natural leader in the classroom, Meghan excels in collaborative settings and is especially effective in her lab group, where she models engagement and academic excellence. She brings a bright energy to every challenge she takes on and is an active member of High School Bowl, which she loves for the camaraderie and the support she receives from Mrs. Jantzi and Mr. Barnes. Her determination and leadership are an inspiration to those around her.

— Senior Lauren Jagoda exemplifies responsibility, integrity, and a deep love of learning. She consistently goes above and beyond, setting high academic standards for herself and meeting them through careful attention to detail and self-motivation. Her favorite classes–Psychology and Holocaust Honors–highlight her curiosity and reflective mindset. Outside of school, Lauren is a dedicated martial artist and holds a third-degree brown belt in Karate, an achievement that mirrors her discipline and commitment in all areas of life.

“These remarkable students exemplify the values of Chautauqua Lake Central School–curiosity, character, and commitment,” the school said. “We are proud to celebrate their achievements and look forward to seeing all they will continue to accomplish in the months ahead.”
