The brothers of the SUNY Fredonia’s Delta Chi Fraternity sprang into action with a volunteer day at Greystone Nature Preserve. They accomplished many spring tasks including pond cleaning and moving outdoor furniture. An Adopt-a-Highway road cleanup was also accomplished with several bags of trash collected along Bear Lake Road. Adopt a Highway is a national endeavor to remove trash from highways and record it with county officials. In all, three bags of trash were collected, sorted and deposited in appropriate trash collections. The brothers gave this day of service, as they have done for the past three years.
