‘Fun Day’ brings unofficial start of summer

In June, prekindergarten students and Ms.Wronski’s kindergarten class at School 3 wrapped up the school year with an exciting “Fun Day” celebration! Each class enthusiastically rotated through several engaging outreach programs, making the day truly memorable.
Miss Amanda from Making Waves Art Studio in Buffalo kicked off the fun by reading “Ice Cream Face” and guiding students in creating their very own ice cream sundaes-sweet, colorful, and creative!
Mr. Ben from the Buffalo Museum of Science entertained, educated, and amazed our students with his Bubble Blast program, combining fun and learning through bubble science activities and demonstrations.
To help everyone cool down, Mr. Brian from Wells Ice Cream generously donated ice cream cones and bomb pops. Students enjoyed their treats after bouncing and playing on the Bounce About Inflatables, which brought huge smiles and lots of laughter.
The excitement continued with a bus trip to The Chautauqua Children’s Gym, where Miss Dawn provided a dedicated space filled with sensory-friendly play opportunities that encourage movement, exploration, and fun.
Thank you to all outreach partners for making this “End of Year” celebration such a joyful and enriching experience for our students!
