Recently, the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club held its annual “Rural-Urban Day.” The guest speaker was Andy Campbell, Corporate Rotarian member. Campbell took the audience through his life’s journey of ups and downs and emphasized that “Where you start isn’t where you always finish!” He spoke to students from local high schools and members of the agricultural industry. A key takeaway was that there are many avenues within a career area and that “We should seek out and listen to our mentors. Clubs, connections and mentors are invaluable. Keep swinging. Keep up the fight! And, become involved in your community.”
