The Chautauqua County Municipal Clerks Association held its August meeting in Westfield and the members brought baskets of donated items that were raffled off. Proceeds from the raffle were donated to two local charities, Sinclairville 76ers and Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue. Each charity received a $200 donation.
