Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

MAYVILLE – Scott D. Hosken, 53, of Lakeview, was charged Sept. 1 with driving while intoxicated. According to deputies, Hosken’s vehicle was observed parked on Davis Road around 9 p.m. After noticing an occupant in the vehicle, deputies approached and Hosken allegedly attempted to leave the scene. After Hosken was stopped he was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He provided a blood alcohol sample of more than .08 percent and was also charged for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

  • SILVER CREEK – Brianna P. D’Angelo, 33, of Silver Creek was charged on Sept. 5 on an outstanding warrant for allegedly endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. D’Angelo was taken into custody without incident, arraigned and released to appear in court at a later date.

MAYVILLE – Erik J. Lindquist, 32, of Kennedy was charged with having an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to use designated lane, no turn signal, failure to comply with lawful order of a police officer and driving while intoxicated on Saturday. At 4:55 p.m. deputies observed a side-by-side recreational vehicle operating in the normal driving lane of Route 394. Lindquist, the driver, allegedly made several lane violations and was found to be intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket for Chautauqua Town Court.

MAYVILLE – Henry B. Stovall, 36, of Mayville was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Saturday. Deputies observed Stovall operating a vehicle on Water Street at 4:32 p.m. who is known to have an alleged suspended license. The vehicle was stopped and Stovall was issued appearance tickets for Chautauqua Town Court.

MINA – Gary W. Rafaloski, 59, of Clymer was charged with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing or blood circulation on Saturday. At 4:40 a.m. deputies responded to Gaswell Road for a physical altercation. It is alleged that Rafaloski was the aggressor in the incident. He was arraigned in Mina Town Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail on bail.

  • Jose Santiago of Lake Shore Drive West was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Wednesday.
