¯ HANOVER — Ashley L. Dudek, 30, of Alleghany Road, Silver Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe tire and failure to keep right on Monday.
At 1:51 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a scene on Hanover Road, where a one-vehicle rollover accident allegedly occurred. The operator of the vehicle that rolled over was Dudek, police say, and she was transported to Lakeshore Hospital for minor injuries.
Further investigation found Dudek to be operating the motor vehicle in an intoxicated state, police say.
Dudek was charged and released to appear in Hanover Town Court. There are also additional charges that are pending.
Evans Police
¯ Kenneth L. Nolan, Jr., 50, of Silver Creek, was charged with license restriction violation, operate motor vehicle with registration suspended and operate motor vehicle without insurance on May 1.
At 1:18 p.m., patrol had a license plate reader hit on Orchard Avenue. Nolan was the sole occupant in the vehicle that had the hit. It was allegedly found that the registration was suspended for no insurance on April 7, 2018. Also, police say that Nolan was only allowed to go to and from work.
Nolan was released and charged to appear in Angola Village Court.
¯ Kissy D. Maracle, 30, of Buffalo, was charged with speed violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Sunday.
At 12:38 a.m., patrol pulled over Maracle on Southwestern Boulevard for an alleged speed violation. During the DMV computer check, it was found that Maracle’s license was suspended.
Maracle was charged and released to appear in Evans Town Court at a later date.
¯ Raymond L. Crusan, 43, of Conewango, was charged with speed violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Sunday.
At 8:51 a.m., patrol pulled over Crusan on Darlington Drive for the alleged speed violation. During the DMV computer check, it was found that Crusan’s license was suspended for failure to answer summons, police say.
Crusan posted $100 cash bail and will answer the charges at a later date.
¯ Laura A. Wojciechowski, 30, of Hamburg, was arrested on a warrant on Sunday.
At 3:58 p.m., patrol received an anonymous call stating that Wojciechowski was at a residence on Kennedy Avenue and had an active warrant. Patrol found Wjociechowski at the address and she allegedly attempted to avoid custody.
Wojciechowski was turned over to Buffalo City Police.
Dunkirk Police Reports
¯ Emanuel Fuentes, 24, of Dunkirk, was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlawful operation and passed red light.
¯ Daniel Douglas, 31, of Dunkirk, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment.
¯ Sharon Iglasias Mojica, 21, of Jamestown, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment.
¯ Jorge Negron-Valazquez, 35, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
