¯ FORESTVILLE — Shelly A. Brennan, 46, of Forestville was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated. Around 5:43 p.m., Chautauqua Counties Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Prospect Street near Main Street in Forestville for allegedly failing to keep right. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Brennan of Forestville. After an investigation by sheriff’s deputies, it was determined that Shelly was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Brennan was arrested and charged with DWI, failure to keep right and refusing to take a breath screening test. Brennan was processed and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on pre-arraignment bail. Brennan is to appear in the Hanover Town Court at a later date and time to answer the charges.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA – Danielle R. Blood, 34, of Randolph was charged July 7 with criminal use of a hypodermic needle. Sheriff’s deputies checked a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business on S. Erie Street in the town of Chautauqua. One of the occupants of the vehicle was identified as Blood. It was found that Danielle Blood had an active probation warrant out of Cattaraugus County. Danielle Blood was taken into custody and upon searching her property deputies located multiple hypodermic instruments. Blood was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and held at Chautauqua County Jail on pre arraignment bail. Danielle Blood will appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date to answer Chautauqua County charges.
