HANOVER — Sheriff’s deputies observed a vehicle to be traveling with less than two working headlights on Alleghany Road in the town of Hanover on Saturday at approximately 12:15 a.m. After stopping the vehicle, deputies identified the operator to be Julio C. Deleon, 42, of Dunkirk. Deputies arrested and charged Deleon with DWI, DWI per se and operating with less than two headlights. Deleon will answer his charges in Hanover Town Court.
DUNKIRK — At approximately 2:20 p.m. on Saturday, Sheriff’s deputies along with Dunkirk City Police were investigating a situation at the Crosby Mart on Central Avenue involving the driver of a vehicle. Deputies identified William H. McCord, 63, of Westfield as the operator. Following further investigation into the incident, deputies arrested and charged McCord with DWI and DWI per se. McCord will answer his charges in Dunkirk City Court.
