¯ DAYTON — On Wednesday at around 2:25 a.m. Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident where the car struck a utility pole on Mosher Hollow Road in the town of Dayton. Further investigation allegedly found the driver Kodie R. Skeels, 21, of Gowanda to have a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, speed not reasonable and failure to use designated lane. No one was injured in the crash. Skeels was released and is due to appear in Dayton Town Court at a later date.
