¯ Deputies charged two on Sunday after concluding an investigation into an incident that occurred Oct. 30 at about 5:30 p.m. in the Town of Portland.

An investigation found that Kyle T. Cambria, 20, of Portland had damaged the property of another without the owner’s permission. The investigation also found that Mackenzie L. Schultz, 22, of Dunkirk, had harassed an individual through physical contact. Cambria was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and Schultz was charged with second degree harassment. Both Cambria and Schultz were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Portland Court at a later time.

At about 2:42 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 60 in the Town of Gerry for a speed violation. The operator was identified as Giovanni C. Hance. Hance was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. After processing, Hance was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Town of Gerry Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone.
