Town of Evans Police Department

¯ On March 16 at roughly 3:11 a.m., patrol was dispatched to Erie Road for a one-vehicle injury accident. Patrol arrived and observed that the vehicle in question had struck a telephone pole, and was now in the ditch. The driver, Jeremy L. Repeta, 30, of Buffalo, was still in the driver’s seat, bleeding from his face. Patrol noted that Repeta allegedly had the smell of alcohol on his breath and asked if he’d been drinking. Repeta stated he had some at home, “not too long ago.” Repeta reportedly failed three field sobriety tests and was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on highway and moving from lane unsafely. Needing medical treatment, Repeta was issued three traffic tickets in the ambulance and transported to ECMC.

¯ On March 17 at 1:11 a.m., patrol responded to a fight call at Castaway’s Bar. Upon arrival, patrol observed Nicole L. Moses, 30, of Brant, allegedly on top of another unknown female, throwing punches at her face in the parking lot. The unknown female had obvious facial injuries, and patrol quickly pulled Moses off the victim. Patrol attempted to handcuff Moses, but she fought with patrol and refused to comply with being handcuffed. Moses was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment. Moses was transported to Evans Police Department for booking and the unknown victim left before a patrol officer could speak to her.
