¯ On April 11, Stephany M. Navarro-Roldon, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and insufficient turn signal.

¯ On April 11, James A. Howard, 25, of Fredonia was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic.

¯ On April 12, Samuel D. Lobley, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered vehicle and open container.

¯ On April 12, Cesar Rodriguez, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and signaling at less than 100 feet.

¯ On Sunday, Matthew S. Sowers, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Monday, Anehudy Diaz Correa, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic.

¯ On Monday, Onix A. Lopez-Ortiz, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Tuesday, Jarrett J. Sikes, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ On Tuesday, Leonel Olivencia, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ On Tuesday, Christopher G. Guenin, 46, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.

BEMUS POINT — On April 16, troopers responded to Route 430 for a report of a vehicle on its side in a ditch. Investigation revealed that the driver, Shannon Vine, 21, of Jamestown, allegedly left the roadway for an unknown reason and entered the ditch, causing damage to her vehicle. Vine was extracted from her vehicle by the Bemus Point Volunteer Fire Department and transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown, where she was placed under arrest, charged with DWAI and a blood sample was obtained. Upon her release from the hospital, Vine was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert who determined she was under the influence of a central nervous stimulant and cannabis. Vine was then processed, issued tickets and released. Vine is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court next month.

ASHVILLE — On April 16, troopers responded to a residence for a report of a past tense domestic incident. Investigation revealed that Kayla Clark, 22, of Jamestown, allegedly observed a text message in the victim’s phone that caused her to become angry, strike him in the face and break a mirror and a coffee table. This all occurred in the presence of the victim’s minor child. Clark was placed under arrest and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Clark was processed at State Police Jamestown and issued appearance tickets. Clark is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court next month to answer the charges.
