STOCKTON — On April 21 at about 3:56 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 380 for an alleged equipment violation. The driver was identified as Larimey A. Gilbert, 33, of Gerry. Upon investigation, it is alleged that Gilbert was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, scales and a small amount of marijuana. Gilbert was also found to be operating her vehicle with a revoked license. Gilbert was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no left side mirror. Gilbert was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court at a later date.
