≤ ELLICOTT — On April 12 at about 3:41 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Peck Settlement Road for speeding. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Debraleen A. Reardon, 54, of Ashville. Reardon was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reardon was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charge.

≤ KIANTONE — On April 12 at around 8:39 p.m., deputies were called to a motor vehicle accident on Manchester Road. Upon arrival, the operator of the vehicle was identified as Meghan C. Goska, 26, of Warren, Pa. Goska was allegedly found to be impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol. Further investigation also reportedly found that Goska was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and an unspecified controlled substance. Goska was charged with DWAI – combination of drugs and alcohol, moved from lane unsafely, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Goska will appear in Town of Kiantone Court at a later date to answer the charges.

≤ HARMONY – On April 21 at roughly 9:54 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 474 for an alleged traffic violation. Subsequent investigation led to the driver, David H. Vanguilder, 43, of Jamestown, being charged with DWAI – drugs, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and no/inadequate lights. Vanguilder was taken into custody and later released with appearance tickets for Town of Harmony Court.

≤ ASHVILLE — On April 23 at approximately 12:30 a.m., deputies received a report of a stolen motor vehicle. After an investigation, Blaine M. Wescott, 25, of Jamestown, was allegedly found to be in possession of the stolen motor vehicle. Wescott was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Blaine was brought to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Dunkirk Police Department

¯ On Friday, John A. Morian, 44, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no front plate.

¯ On Sunday, Nelson Cabassa Jr., of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Sunday, Louis H. Santiago, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with suspended registration, no insurance and unlicensed.

¯ On Sunday, Benardo Cuevas-Rivera, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Sunday, Angel M. Rosas Jr., 21, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

¯ On Sunday, David C. Smith, 20, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.

¯ On Monday, Jonathan J. Tirado, 19, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ On Tuesday, Robert Dillenburg, 50, of Fredonia was charged with attempted petit larceny and petit larceny.

Fredonia Police Department

¯ Antonio Lorenzo, 32, of Fredonia was charged April 17 with second-degree harassment.

¯ Cole Sutton, 20, of Dunkirk was charged April 18 with second-degree harassment.

¯ Amber Conrad, 34, of Lakewood was picked up April 21 on an arrest warrant for a trespassing charge.
