≤ FINDLEY LAKE — On April 27, troopers pulled over a vehicle at Route 426 and Shadyside Road because the driver wasn’t wearing his seatbelt. While speaking to the driver, troopers allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle and its occupants revealed that Jeremy Lombardo, 42, of Erie, Pa., the passenger, was in possession of a bag containing four grams of marijuana and a smoking device containing marijuana residue. Lombardo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and issued an appearance ticket. The driver was issued a traffic ticket. Lombardo is scheduled to appear in the town of Mina Court next month.
