≤ JAMESTOWN — On April 28, troopers pulled over a vehicle on Route 60 for a traffic violation. While speaking to the driver, Adam Crawford, 42, of Jamestown, troopers allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Crawford and the vehicle revealed a bag containing methamphetamine, a smoking device containing methamphetamine residue, two straws containing methamphetamine residue and a grinder containing marijuana residue. Crawford was placed under arrest and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Crawford was processed at State Police Jamestown and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.
