Two charged after fight in Chautauqua

CHAUTAUQUA — Two men fighting on Valley Street early Wednesday morning are facing charges.

County sheriff’s deputies were called to a report in the town around 2:14 a.m. Upon arrival deputies observed two males actively fighting on a public sidewalk along Valley Street. When deputies approached the males, one of the males who was later identified as Juan G. Rivera, 34, of Jamestown, fled on foot.

Rivera was taken into custody a short distance away and charged with disorderly conduct as well as second-degree obstructing governmental administration. The second male was taken into custody and identified as Delonte T. Fredrick, 20, of Dewittville. Fredrick was charged with disorderly conduct. Both Fredrick and Rivera were transported to Chautauqua County Jail and held awaiting arraignment.

Dunkirk Police

¯ On April 24, Jermaine L. Fann, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On April 24, Brianna L. Csont, 27, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, speed in zone, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and criminal impersonation.

¯ On April 25, John Tenamore, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On April 25, Jenna M. Corsi, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On April 26, Jose A. Vazquez, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right, refusal of a breathalyzer, unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

¯ On April 27, Ryan J. Mullin, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

¯ On Tuesday, Daniel C. Long, 61, of Buffalo was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.

¯ On Tuesday, kimberly A. Tolbert, 41, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and signaling at less than 100 feet. She was also picked up on bench warrants for previous charges of two counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration, no insurance and obstruction of view.

¯ On Wednesday, Luis A. Morales-Pagan, 55, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.
