Fredonia Police Department

¯ James Collins, 21, of Fredonia was charged April 17 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ Dominc J. Volpe, 24, of Fredonia was charged April 30 with second degree harassment, second degree aggravated harassment and fourth degree criminal mischief. Volpe was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail after his arrest.

¯ Stephen Nichy, 21, of Fredonia was charged April 26 with littering/dumping and trespassing.

¯Desteny Barnard, 18, of Brooklyn was charged April 26 with petit larceny.

¯ Maria Reyes, no age given, of Dunkirk was charged April 29 with petit larceny.

¯ Angela Grekulak, 43, of Dunkirk was charged April 29 with petit larceny.

¯ Dylan Abbey, 27, of Lakewood was charged May 1 with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second degree obstructing governmental administration, third degree fleeing police, speed not prudent and passed red signal.

¯ Francis Weiss, 19, of Orchard Park was charged May 1 with a cell phone driving violation and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

Gowanda Police Department

≤ On April 23 at around 10:43 a.m., patrol responded to an address on Jamestown Street for the report of an unwanted guest. Patrol was notified that James V. Woyshner Jr., 20, of Hamburg, was instructed previously to stay away from the family at the residence. On the day in question, Woyshner allegedly refused numerous orders from the family to leave the address. Woyshner was arrested and charged with trespass. He was later released on an appearance ticket to appear in Persia Town Court.
