¯ CHAUTAUQUA — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible identity theft, dating back to Feb. 22. The criminal investigation division determined that Felicia Cardone-Tefft, 30, of Kiantone, allegedly conspired with another subject to attempt to obtain bank information from the victim. Cardone-Tefft was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and sixth-degree conspiracy. Cardone-Tefft was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.

¯ On July 21 at roughly 10:40 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a fight on Central Avenue. Upon further investigation, deputies identified Olmaris Tirado, 28, of Dunkirk, in the fight. Tirado allegedly proceeded to physically resist arrest and flee the scene on foot. Tirado was eventually taken into custody after a foot pursuit and was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Tirado will appear in city of Dunkirk Court at a later date.
